Ensuring Redis Connectivity

The Connection Monitor checks the availability of your Redis instance. If Upqueue.io cannot reach your Redis host due to an outage or a network issue, an alert will be triggered.

This is the most critical monitor because a failed Redis connection means that all queues and jobs are inaccessible. Immediate action may be required to restore connectivity.

Alert Behavior

• If a connection alert is triggered, no additional alerts will be generated until the issue is acknowledged or 24 hours have passed.

• If Redis is unreachable, other monitors will not function until the connection is restored.
