Monitoring and Responding to Issues
Alerts in Upqueue.io are automatically generated by monitors when an issue is detected in your queues or Redis connections.
Accessing Alerts
All active alerts can be found in the "Alerts" section within the side menu.

When an alert is triggered, the connection owner will receive an email/Slack notification detailing the issue.

Acknowledging Alerts
Most alerts require manual acknowledgment before the associated monitor can trigger new alerts for the same queue.
Recommended Action Flow
Investigate the issue β Identify the cause of the alert.
Take corrective action β Resolve any underlying problems.
Acknowledge the alert β Once the issue is addressed, mark the alert as resolved.
By acknowledging alerts only after fixing the issue, you ensure that future alerts remain meaningful and help maintain queue reliability.
